Denise began her 40-year teaching career in 1948. It was the perfect profession for someone with such a warm personality and generous spirit. Most of her life was spent in Pender Harbour with Robert Mackay, her husband of over 30 years. Denise is survived by her daughter Dianne (Misha), sister Enid, brother David (Carol) and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Denise's life will be held on May 11 at 1:00 pm at Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church, 13625 Sunshine Coast Hwy. Madeira Park.
