It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of a dear brother, uncle, neighbour, and friend, William "Billy" Alfred Monaghan at his home in South Melville, on Monday, May 13, 2013, age 54 years. Cherished brother of Raymond, Alberta; Brenda (Doug, predeceased) Davey, St. Teresa; Kenneth, Maurice "Moe" (Nancy), all of South Melville. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Shawn, Kimberly, and Stephanie Davey; Shayna, Amber, Louis, and Tyson Monaghan, and five grand-nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his loving parents Gerald and Doris (Kelly) Monaghan, and his brother Louis. Resting at the Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud, with visiting hours Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service from St. Joseph's Church, Kelly's Cross, Friday, May 17, at 10:30 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to St. Joseph's Cemetery Fund or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Due to allergies please refrain from wearing scents. Interment in St. Joseph's Church Cemetery.
