It is with great sadness that the family of Madonna Belinda Lily Hann announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at the age of 69 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter Lori, son Todd (Deborah), grandchildren: Jordan, Tyler, Melissa, Alexander and Nathan, twin sister Betty Lupien (Edward), brother Max Dean, special aunts: Inez Manning (Wes) and Mildred Dean, brothers and sisters-in-law: Maxine Halfyard (Bill), Eliza Hann, Ormsby Hann, Joan Maynard (George), Marie Walbourne, Jim Hann (Hazel), Fern Wheeler (Danny), Victor Hann (Nancy), Eileen Hann (Lawrence Parsons), Marcie Porter (Tex). She was blessed to be surrounded by a large group of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Franklin Hann, mother Violet Dean, father Joseph Dean, sisters-in-law: Carol Dean, Mame Hann and Jean Brake, brothers-in-law: Brazil Hann and Gerald Walbourne. Special thanks to Willow Hall in Dartmouth, NS for their wonderful care over the last two years before her return to Newfoundland and to Port Saunders Long Term Care, who kindly helped with her transition back to Corner Brook. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home on Wednesday May 22, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday May 23, 2013 from 10 a.m. to noon. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday May 23, 2013 at Bethany United Church Summerside at 2 p.m. Cremation will take place after service. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Mental Health Association Newfoundland Division or a charity of one’s choice.
