Désiré Nowlan
NOWLAN, DÉSIRÉ - 1925 - 2013 - Désiré Nowlan, 88 of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche and formerly of Sainte-Marie de Kent passed away peacefully at the Manoir on Thursday, May 23rd, 2013. Born in Sainte-Marie de Kent, he was the son of the late Albert and the late Eugénie (LeBlanc) Nowlan. He will be sadly missed by his eight siblings; Jeanne Léger of Shediac, Marie LeBlanc of Saint-Antoine, Alice Savoie (Ernest) of Templeton, Mass, Corinne LeBlanc of Bouctouche, Leona Boudreau (Jean) of Calhoun, Rodolphe of Fitchburg, Mass, William of Sainte-Marie de Kent and Albert (Eveline) of Waltham, Mass. and several nephews and nieces. Désiré was predeceased by four sisters; Rita, Lina, Lorraine and Lucille.
Visitations will be held at Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie de Kent on Friday, May 24th, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Saturday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Sainte-Marie de Kent Church on Saturday, May 25th, 2013 at 11:00 am with interment in the parish cemetery.
