Pardy
Passed away at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 Mr. Walter Pardy of Musgrave Harbour in his 84th year. Predeceased by his wife Joyce; brothers Avalon Burt Pardy and Eugene Pardy; sisters Margaret Parsons, Sadie Jones, Louise Mouland and Eileen Banks; and grandson Benjamin Hoben. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his sons Max(Marion) of C.B.S. and Phonce(Petra) of Surrey, BC.; nine daughters Kay Tisdall(Peter) of Gander, Jill Payn(Bill) of Moncton, NB., Dale Pardy(Rob Rice) of Edmonton, AB., Pat Guy(Clarence) of Musgrave Harbour, Frankie Guy(Rocky) of Musgrave Harbour, Suzette Pardy(Kim Underhill) of Surrey, AB., Joanne Guy(Monty) of Musgrave Harbour, Michelle Coady(Martin) of Gander and Jeannie Pardy(Bob Lannon) of Appleton; one brother Reginald(Marjorie) of Grand Falls; sisters Rosalind Willis(William) of Dover, Betty Winters(Roland) of Valleyfield, Jean Goodyear of Musgrave Harbour and Louise Stratton(Garland) of Aspen Cove; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service took place on Saturday, May 25 from the Kittiwake Funeral Home Musgrave Harbour with Pastor Rex Boone officiating.
