At the P.E.I. Atlantic Baptist Home on Thursday, July 24, 2008, of Myrtle Marguerite Babineau (nee Ross) of Winsloe, and formerly of Georgetown, age 97 years. Dear mother of Gordon Babineau (Myrna), Kathleen MacIsaac (Charles, deceased), Lois Jones (Raymond) and Ronald Babineau (Norah). Lovingly remembered by her 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband, Oliver Babineau who was killed in the Second World War and buried in France and by her brothers and sisters, Ella, Lottie, Aaron, Oliver, Carrie, Sheldon and Eleanor. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation at the funeral home Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and then on Monday at the Georgetown Baptist Church from 1-1:45 p.m. Funeral from Georgetown Baptist Church on Monday at 2 p.m. Interment in Georgetown Baptist Church Cemetery.
