Passed peacefully away Oscar B. Miller at the Palliative Care Unit in St. John's, age 74 of Portugal Cove. Leaving to mourn wife Vida, son David (Lynn); grandsons; Matthew and Sam, brothers; Ralph and Clarence and their families; Aunt Ethel. Visitation will take place at Carnell's Funeral Home on Monday, March 10, 2008 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday March 11, 2008 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Oscar's life will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 2 p.m. from St. Lawrence Anglican Church in Portugal Cove. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery on Bauline Line. Donations in Oscar's memory may be made to St. Lawrence Anglican Church.
