Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, on August 2, 2008, in her 61st year. Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Bernice MacEachern. Cherished mother to David (Sharon) and Brian. Loving grandmother to Daryl, Ryan (Cassi), Brandon, Dylan and Alannah (deceased August 22, 1990). Great- grandmother to Randy. Sister to Bernard (Gen), Paul and Shirley. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Special thank you to the staff of the Oncology Ward at the Henderson Hospital, and also to Fiberfil Engineered Plastics for their support and understanding during this difficult time. Visitation will be held at Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East (Hamilton, Ontario) on Wednesday, August 6, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on August 7, 2008, at 11 a.m. with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to SIDS Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
