Passed suddenly and unexpectedly in Thornhill, Ontario, Edward James (‘Ted’ and Odie’) aged 52 years; formerly of Carbonear. Predeceased by parents: John G.W. and Mabel I. Rorke. Left to mourn brothers: John (Jackie) Rorke, St. John’s, Gene Rorke, Centre Rawdon, NS and Neil Rorke, Carbonear; as well as extended family and a wide circle of friends in Carbonear and Ontario. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Ted’s life will take place on Saturday, July 6 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Inurnment in Bethany United Cemetery, Carbonear.
