NICHOLSON, JAMES - James Bruce Nicholson of Three Tree Creek, NB passed away at the Oromocto Public Hospital on June 25, 2013 at the age of 68. Jim was born in Fredericton Junction October 3, 1944 to the late James and Wilma (Nason) Nicholson. He is survived by his wife Rose, daughter Pam Thorne (Wayne Nason) of Tracy, son Jamie Nicholson (Terri Hartt) of Tracy, sister Barb Boyle (Terry) of Hampton, four grandchildren; Zachery, Andrew, Matthew, Jordan, great granddaughter; Ashlynn and step mother Doris Nicholson as well as several nieces and nephews. Jim was a plumber for most of his working career and worked for CFB Gagetown. He was an Associate Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at his camp. Jim was predeceased by his parents Wilma (Nason) and James A. Nicholson, his sister, Sharon Nicholson and his grandparents Pearl and Albert Nason.
Relatives and friends are invited to Fredericton Junction Baptist Church to pay respects to family on Saturday, June 29, 2013 from 2 to 5pm. Funeral service will be from Fredericton Junction Baptist Church on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at 3pm with Rev. James Harrison officiating. Interment will follow in the Gladstone Cemetery.
