It is with great sadness that the family of the late Shirley Cook announce her passing at the Long Term Care Center on Friday June 28, 2013 at the age of 80 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories brothers: Clifford of Calgary, Ernest of Ontario and Randy of Corner Brook; sisters: Madge of Montreal, Annette of Ontario, Donna of Ontario, Joan of Virginia and Marilyn of Nova Scotia. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Hughie and Nellie Cook; daughter Barbara; brothers: Jerry and Edward. Friends and family may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Tuesday July 2, 2013 between the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday July 3, 2013 at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel at 10.30 am with Pastor Cyril Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Patricia. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
