Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park on Sunday, June 30 in the company of his family. Austin Hann of Cape Broyle, aged 80 years. Predeceased by his wife Madonna (nee Walsh), parents: Michael and Jane Hann; grandson Daniel Shannahan; sisters: Eva Green, and Kay Brennan and goddaughter Triffie Wadman. Leaving to mourn his nine children: Brenda, Austin (Susan), Adrian (Andrea), Edward, Kevin, Janet (Shawn), Donna Shannahan (Lally), Gary (Ann Marie), Mary Ann Kelly (Scott), 17 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, sister Angela Barry, and best buddy Martin Walsh, a large circle of nieces and nephews, sister/brothers-in-law, god children, and numerous family and friends. Resting at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Monday, July 1 and Tuesday, July 2 from 2-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to take place from Immaculate Conception R. C. Church, Cape Broyle on Wednesday, July 3 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Cape R. C. Cemetery, Cape Broyle.
