PARRSBORO - The funeral service for Hazel V. Willigar was held Friday, June 21, 2013 from St. George's Anglican Church, Parrsboro where the service was conducted by Reverend Tory Byrne.
Words of remembrance written by daughter Joan Coffill were shared by Reverend Tory Byrne. Michael Dorey shared the poem "The Soldier's Wife." Psalm 23 was read by Beverley Clarke.
Congregational hymns were Shall We Gather at the River, Amazing Grace and How Great Thou Art. Organist was Betty Malay. Pallbearers were Ron Byers, Jim Cullen, Mike Dorey, James Potter, John Sutherland and Danny Tanner.
Interment took place in St. George's Anglican Cemetery.
