MacDOUGALL, HAROLD - The death of Harold MacDougall of Fredericton, NB, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Born in Sydney Mines, NS, he was the son of the late Bernard and Blanche (Hurley) MacDougall and the husband of Janice MacDougall. Survived by his loving wife, Janice; one daughter, Shannon Pludek (Daniel) of Melbourne, Australia; one son, Troy (Jessica) of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Kaylub, Cohen and Marcus; three brothers, Bernard, Russell (Debbie) and Paul (Valerie), all of Cape Breton; four sisters, Roxanne Benfer (Gregg), Dianne ( Gary), Valerie Patterson (Fraser) and Judy MacDougall; sisters-in-law, Carla, Diane, Shirley and Tammy; brothers-in-law, Jason, John and Donnie; as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents; one brother, Brian; two sisters, Holly and Joyce.
There will be no visitation. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Vincent-de-Paul Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 16, at 11:00 am. Rev. Ken Weir will officiate.
