FISHER, BERTHA - Bertha Leona Irene Fisher better known as Vicki, passed away July 12, 2013 at 2:30 am. She was not only an accomplished artist in oil painting but also in sculpting and many other assorted crafts. Her enjoyment of nature was immense and loved the forest or beach equally. Her legacy of children John, Robert, Dixie and now deceased Terry, a grandmother to seven and great grandmother to four more. She was a loving sister to Evelyn who preceded her, Ruby, Grace, Lyman, Gloria, Daphne and Jane. She will be missed by all. Sincere thanks and gratitude to the Victoria Royal Jubilee Hospice caregivers and volunteers who provided so much care and attention in her time of need.
