The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, July 20, 2013 of Mrs. Jane E. Buell (nee Buchanan) of Stratford and formerly of Charlottetown in her 76th year. Beloved wife of Blair A. Buell and dear mother of Jeffrey (Thelma) Buell of Riverview, NB, Corlee Buell of Stratford, P.E.I., Carolyn (Kevin) MacKinnon of Kelowna, B.C., and Charlotte (Jose) Velazco of Toronto, Ont. She is also survived by eight loving grandchildren Katie Johnson, Gregory Johnson, Daniel MacKinnon, Rachael Buell, Travis Buell, Sarah Buell, Donovan Velazco and Matias Velazco; her sister, Paulette (George) Neale of Sherwood and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents John and Elizabeth “Bessie” (nee MacNevin) Buchanan; son, Rodney Athol Blair Buell; sisters, Verna (Eric) Freeman, Beryl (Errol) Ford and Katherine (Elwood) Ford; brothers, Rollie, Milford and Neil Buchanan. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the family plot at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
