Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, St. John’s on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, Mrs. June Barrett of Clarke’s Beach, aged 74 years. Predeceased by parents Chesley and Elizabeth Morgan (nee Mugford), husband Ernest Barrett, brother David Morgan died in infancy and granddaughter Sophie died in infancy. Leaving to mourn sons: Paul (Michelle) Barrett, Gregory (Renee) Barrett; sisters: Phyllis (Allan) Brown and Elaine (Abdul) Diwan; granddaughters: Kiersten & Rachael; nieces and nephews: Scott (Juliana), Kimberley (Bradley), Jena (Gregory), Jamaal (Muslema), Jessica, Nathan, Mackenzie, Isamail. Resting at Moore’s Funeral Home, Clarke’s Beach with visitation on Wednesday: 7 – 9 p.m., Thursday: 10 – 12 Noon, 2 – 5 p.m., 7 – 9 p.m. and Friday: 10 – 12 Noon. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from Clarke’s Beach United Church and Cemetery.
