Pauline died at home, as was her wish. Predeceased by husband, Douglas; father, Samuel; mother, Catherine; and sisters, Betty and Beryl. Loyal friend, committed bridge player, and lover of life who enjoyed: dancing in the kitchen, admiring the beauty around her and art in all its forms, but her passion was raising her daughters: Karen (Jack Trevors), Sandra (Paul Schwartz), Roslyn (Percy Downe), Sarah (Roy Johnstone) and Todd (Donald McGinn); and cherishing her grandchildren: Alison, Rachael, Alexander, Anna, Margaret, Madison, Morgan and Mamie, who will miss her love and laughter. She will be deeply missed by her sister, Eileen. Everyone who knew Pauline knew of the fun and joy she found in life. She will rest peacefully.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. No visiting hours by personal request. A private service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Sherwood Cemetery.
