It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our loved one on August 4, 2013 at Lumsden, Howard Kean age 63 years of Pound Cove. Predeceased by his father; Wilfred, Leaving to mourn with loving memories are his wife; Alyce, son; Christopher of Pound Cove, 2 daughters; Cindy (Darrell Goodyear) of Lumsden, Sandy (Lorne Stagg) of Lumsden, brother; Ernest (Sharon) of Grand Prairie, Alberta, mother; Pearl Kean of Pound Cove, 3 grandchildren; Kennedy, Maverick, Tessa and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Funeral service was held on August 10, 2013 at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Pound Cove with Rev. Cindy Graham officiating. Interment followed at St. Mary’s Anglican Church Cemetery, Pound Cove.
