NICHOLS, AUDREY ALBERTA - The passing of Audrey Nichols, previously of Spar Cove Road occurred at the Saint Joseph Hospital on Saturday, August 10, 2013 after a period of failing health. She was born on December 17, 1923 in Sheffield, NB to the late Ed and Flossie (Hudlin) Nash. She is survived by her great-niece, Kimmela Colwell of Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC. Audrey was predeceased by her parents and husband, Robert “Bobby”; sister, Ruth Nash and brother, Gordon Nash and niece, Ethel “Cookie” Nash. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of Saint Joseph’s Hospital for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Audrey, during her long stay with them.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row; Saint John (634-7424) there will be not visiting by family request. A celebration of life will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 12:00 noon. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery.
