Ruby Moore
MOORE, RUBY - Ruby Ellen (Jewett) Moore of Wauklehegan Manor, McAdam and formerly of Clones, Queen's County and Hoyt, NB, passed away on August 11, 2013. Ruby was born in Keswick Ridge on May 10, 1922 to the late Arthur and Ellen (Young) Jewett. Ruby was a homemaker to her family, member of the Patterson United Church, sang in the church choir, a member of the Wirral Hospital Aid, the Ladies Aid and a Life-member of the UCW. She enjoyed baking, knitting, embroidery and quilting. Ruby is survived by her daughter Norma Little (Lester) of Harvey, her son Wendall Moore (Diane) of Hoyt. She is also survived by her two grandchildren; Heidi and Laura Sangster (Shaun), four step grandchildren Jennifer Seguin (Richard), Michael (Ginger) Greenough, Scott (Crystal) Greenough, Lori (Darrell) Butler, two great-grandchildren Jack and Allie, six step great-grandchildren Ashley, Taylor, Allison, Greg, Melanie and Connor, a niece and nephew. Besides her parents Ruby was predeceased by husband Ralph Moore (52 years), four sisters; twins Grace and Mabel, Laura (Ben), and Thelma (Lloyd), one brother Earle (Vivian) Jewett and daughter-in-law Deanie Moore.
Relatives and friends are invited to Sunbury Funeral Home for visitation on Thursday, August 15, 2013 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. Funeral service will be from Sunbury Funeral Home, Central Blissville, NB on Friday, August 16, 2013 at 2pm with Rev. Jeffro Bursey officiating. Interment will be in the Hoyt Baptist Cemetery.
