Passed away at Pentecostal Seniors Home in Clarke's Beach on January 27, 2008, Mr. John Lloyd Chipman of Spaniard's Bay in his 86th year. Predeceased by wife Mary (nee Dove), parents: Duncan and Elizabeth, daughter-in-law Anita, sisters: Susie (Joe) Clarke, Jean (Max) Bradley. Left with fond and loving memories sons: Lloyd (Anita - deceased) of Calgary, AB, Calvin (Irene) of Coley's Point, NL, Carl (Glenys) of Bay Robert's, NL; daughters: Betty (Carl) Cooper of St. John's, NL, Carla (Boyd) Badcock of Bay Robert's, NL; sister Jessie (Ed) Best of St. John's, NL; twelve grandchildren: Sylvia Franci, Stewart, Randy, Susann Chipman; Stephanie and Kathy Cooper; Andrea and Leanne Badcock; Dawn, Vanessa and Yvette Saunders; ten great-grandchildren: Sadie; Genavieve; Maeve and Delia Joncic; Hazel and Tessa Taylor; Ava King; Chloe and Julia Mercer; Cameron Smith; as well as a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Young's Funeral Home, Spaniard's Bay. Funeral Service, Wednesday, January 30th at 2 p.m., Holy Redeemer Anglican Church, Spaniard's Bay, with inurnment to follow at a later date in Maul Tree Hill Anglican Cemetery, Spaniard's Bay, NL.
