The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, of Hilda Leverett of Summerside, aged 81 years. Born in Portsmith, England, she was the daughter of the late Thomas “Tom” and Jane "Jean" (Bell) England. Survived by her daughter Lesley Ann (Ronnie) Blanchard, Charlottetown; son Gary (Diane) Leverett, Edmonton, AB; their father Herbert Leverett; grandchildren Rodney (Erin) Blanchard; Marc (Jana) Blanchard; Thomas Leverett; Kellie-Ann Leverett; great-grandchildren Kiersten, Hailey and Brandyn; and by her sister-in-law Pam England, Portsmith, England. Predeceased by her brother Cecil “Tom” England. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. A graveside service will be held at St. John's Anglican Church Cemetery, St. Eleanors, on Friday at 4:30 p.m. No visiting hours by personal request. Memorial donations to the P.E.I. Humane Society or to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
