Passed peacefully away at her home, in her 100th year, on Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Predeceased by her husband Martin Brennan April 5, 1982. Leaving to celebrate her life with fond and loving memories are her three children: Gordon (Mary), Shirley Hibbs and Edward (Helen); grandchildren: Paul Hibbs, Beverly Brennan, Michelle Attwood (Russ), Stephen Brennan and Christopher Brennan. She was a member of Mary Queen of the World Catholic Women’s League for 25 years. Special thank you to Lorie Cooke, LPN of Eastern Health for her dedication and care. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and on Friday from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Mary Queen of the World Church, Topsail Road.
