At the Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague on Monday, September 1, 2008, of Katie Julia MacLeod-Davis of Murray River, age 71 years. Beloved wife of Jeff Davis and the late Wayne MacLeod. Loving mother of Lila (Bob) Burgess; Larry (Emanual); Donna (David); Darlene (Stephen) London; Gary; and Andrew (Shannon). Dear grandmother of 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Frank Herring and Etta Gardiner. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandson Andrew and by her brothers Bob, Dan, Dingwell and Oliver and by her sisters Marion and Didley. Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment in the Murray Harbour Cemetery.
