Peacefully at the Garden Home, Charlottetown, on Saturday, August 30, 2008, of Mrs. Emma (Tina) Nichols (nee MacDonald), formerly of Primrose, St. Georges, P.E.I., Boston, Massachusetts, and St. Peter’s Bay, P.E.I., aged 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Radcliffe D. Nichols. Tina will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her nephews and nieces Jim (Lauretta) MacAulay, Alex (Clare-Anne) MacAulay, Lawrence (Frances) MacAulay, Mary (Norbert) (Palmer), Gloria (Gerard) Peters, her numerous great-grandnieces and nephews and great-great-grand nieces and nephews. Her remains transferred from the Hennessey Funeral Home to the Dr. Roddy MacDonald Centre, St. Peter’s Bay, for visitation on Monday evening 6 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday afternoon 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m., then transferred to St. Peter’s Church for funeral mass at 2 p.m. with interment to follow in the family plot at St. George’s Parish Cemetery, St. Georges. Family flowers only. If so desired memorials in Tina’s memory can be made to the St. Peter’s Church Restoration Fund or St. George’s Parish Cemetery Fund.
