HAMILTON, MELISSA "LISA" - It is with heavy hearts the family of Melissa “Lisa” Jane Hamilton, loving wife of Brian Hamilton, announces her passing which occurred unexpectedly on Monday, September 2, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1961 in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Coulter and Pauline (Lackie) Todd. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brothers Stephen Todd and Garnett Todd; sister Linda Antoniuk. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Lisa worked for Anglophone South School District as a School Bus Driver for 16 years. She will be missed by all her kids. Lisa was a loving wife and mother. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Brian; sons John Dobbin of Quispamsis and Michael Hamilton (Terrance Paul) of Alberta; step daughter Mindy Hamilton (Steve Chan) of Fredericton; step son Randy Hamilton of Alberta; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Following cremation, visitations will be held from Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 6, 2013 at 11 a.m. followed by a reception in the reception area of the funeral home.
