Passed away suddenly on September 4, 2013 at the Carbonear General Hospital, Margaret Mary Abbott (nee Rotchford), aged 61 years. Predeceased by her parents Mary & Patrick Rotchford, brother Gerald Rotchford, father-in-law Gerald Abbott, brother-in-law Gerald Abbott and sister-in-law Debbie Abbott. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband of 40 years John; sons Johnny (Sharon), Gerry; daughters Amy (Larry) Kilfoy and Patti Lynn (Gerald Gosse); two granddaughters, which were the pride and joy of her life, Peyton & Rya Kilfoy; also mourning her loss are her brothers & sisters Marion (Bob), Sarah (Pat), Annie, Pad (Liz), Tommy & Ronnie; mother-in-law Amy Abbott; brothers & sisters-in-law Sharon (Edward), Betty (Albert), Bill, Garry (Geraldine), Roger (Jackie), Sadie and a large number of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus with visitation on Thursday from 12 - 9 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral to take place on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. from Broughton's Memorial Chapel, Brigus.
