It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joseph Crocker announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital on Sunday, September 1st, 2013 at the age of 80 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Sylvia; his two sons Derek in Hythe, Alberta and Doran (Nancy) in Kleinburg, Ontario; his two daughters Joanne (Steve) Sheppard in Kippens and Leeanne (Dwayne) Decker in Norwood, Ontario; his two sisters Theresa (Ed) Hann in Port au Port and Dora (Joe) Strange in Crocket, Texas; his four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. The family will be receiving, friends on Wednesday, September 4th 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive in Stephenville with cremation to follow. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, September 5th, 2013 at 2 p.m. from Maria Regina Parish in Port au Port with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Port au Port. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
