Kellen Barry Surette
Lieu de décès : Glace Bay
Date de décès : 11 septembre 2013
A beautiful and inspiring little boy passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, surrounded by his loving family.
Treasured first child of Sheldon and Andrea (Martin) Surette, Kellen was the light of the Surette and Martin families. He touched the hearts of all who knew him with his sweet and gentle nature, infectious smile and generous spirit.
Always laughing, Kellen loved to run and play outside, especially with his cousin and best buddy, Landon. Kellen’s imagination was limitless and he would spend countless hours playing with his trains and lego.
Besides his parents, Kellen is survived by his baby brother, Jonah, whom he eagerly anticipated and adored; Papa and Nana, Clifford and Renie Surette, Grampy and Grandma, Barry and Arlene Martin; uncle Clifford (Colette) Surette; aunts, Kristen Martin and Carrie (Ryan) Marsh; cousins, Jenna, Jocelyn, Ashley, Madelyn, Grace, Landon, Philip and Brianna and numerous extended family and friends.
Special thanks and graditude to the I.W.K. Team, Dr. Crooks, Dr. Fernandez, Carol Spicer (bone marrow co-ordinator), the CBRH Peds team, Dr. Lynk, Andrea Doyle, Kim Popwell, Susan MacKenzie along with all the wonderful nurses, Amanda, Kathy, Amanda, Carissa and Mary Ann.
