ROSS, EVELYN - 1926 - 2013 - It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Evelyn Ross on Wednesday, September 25, 2013. Born in Middlesex daughter of the late Norman and Eva Bishop. Evelyn will be sadly missed by her husband Leslie, four sons; Wayne (Gail), Greg (Joyce), Philip (Janice) and Leigh (Clara) all of Moncton, eight grandchildren; Jason, Natalie, Stephanie, Christopher, Jennifer, Amy, Tyler and Jordan as well as many great grandchildren. She is also survived by five siblings; Doris McLellan, James (Margaret), Howard (Audrey), Joyce Miller and Doyle as well as several nieces and nephews. Evelyn was very proud of her family, thankful for everything that she had in her life, generous, unselfish and always thinking about others. She was a devoted Christian, member of Christ Church for many years. Evelyn enjoyed reading the bible and music especially Gospel music. Besides her parents, Evelyn was predeceased by two sisters, Frances Reeder and Lois Bishop as well as three brothers Frank, Wallace and Wilfred.
Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Friday, September 27 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Saturday, September 28 at 2:00 pm followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room. Interment in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Evelyn's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of the donor’s choice.
