MITCHELL, PAULINE HELEN - The death of Pauline Helen (Banks) Mitchell occurred on October 2nd, 2013 at the Mill Cove Nursing Home. Born December 12th, 1933 in Sheffield, NB, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Bridges) Banks and wife of the late Donald Mitchell. Pauline is survived by her son, Michael Mitchell of Dartmouth, NS and her daughter, Wendy Batten (Leonard) of Charlottetown, PEI; grandchildren, Leona Batten, Chelsea Mitchell and Matthew Mitchell; brother, Ross Banks (Donna) of Gagetown, NB and her sister, Marion Banks of Gagetown, NB. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Don; daughter, Sandra Ferguson; brother, Gordon and sisters, Francis and Shirley.
Visitation will be at the Oromocto Funeral Home on Friday, October 4th, 2013 from 5 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Sheffield United Church on Saturday, October 5th at 11 am with Rev. Merrill Slipp officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.
