Suddenly, peacefully, while surrounded by his family, Geoff passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013, at the age of 74. He is survived by his beloved wife Sandra (Tunis); sons: Matthew and Gregory; grandson Devin and sister Linda. Predeceased by his mother, Millicent King and his father, Alfred Raymond. Geoff's neighbourhood friends and all who knew him will miss his exceptional skills, his open and caring heart and his great sense of community. After coming to Burlington from Newfoundland at the age of 19, he worked at the Burlington Hydro until retiring in 1994. He was a member of the Burlington Gun Club, Burlington Camera Club, Canadian Vintage Motor Cycle Group, and Retreads Motor Cycle Club. A private funeral was held and there will be a Celebration of Geoff’s life at a later date.
