The death occurred, at his residence in O'Leary, on Wednesday, October 9, 2013, of Joseph "Albert" Pineau, aged 76 years. Born in O'Leary on May 14, 1937, he was the son of the late J. Octave and Lena (Martin) Pineau. Dear father to Wendy (Robert) Jones, O'Leary; Nancy Carragher (Mike Arsenault), O'Leary; Tracy (Terry) Milligan, O'Leary; and Karen King (Mitchell Millman), O'Leary. Cherished grandfather to Chloe and Demi Jones; Tyson and Jadyn Carragher; Tara (Tyler) Shea and Cieara, Casey and Cyden Millman. Albert is also survived by special friend Elva King, O'Leary, brothers and sisters: Bernice Arsenault, O'Leary; Rose DesRoches, Summerside; Helen Peters, Bloomfield; Connie (Phyllis) Pineau, Charlottetown; Junior (Arnelda) Pineau, St. Thomas; Aldona (Eugene) Milligan, Foxley River; and sister-in-law Marie Pineau, St. Thomas. Predeceased by his parents, brothers and sisters: Alex (Mary), Ernest, Edna (Tom) Coughlin, Sylvia (Peter) MacLean; Bertha (Peter) Gallant; brothers-in-law Felix DesRoches, Leo Peters and Eusebe Arsenault. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary with private family visitation on Friday. Public funeral mass will be held on Saturday, Oct. 12, at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Woodstock, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. In memory of Albert, memorials to St. Anthony's Cemetery Fund would be appreciated.
