Peacefully at the Prince Edward Home on Saturday, September 20, 2008, of A. Mae MacDougall (nee Martin) of Stratford. Beloved wife of Everett MacDougall. Dear mother of Noel (Margi). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Gregory MacDougall (friend Carol) and Deneen Ferguson (Bruce), by her great-granddaughter, Meagan, and by her puppy, Pepper. Sister of Leida Lea (Clifford) and Donna Green. Sister-in-law of Lucinda Martin. Predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Mary (MacLeod) Martin, by her brothers and sisters, Sadie Coventry, MacLeod, Evelyn Greenshields, Doris Dunlop, William, Lloyd and Donald. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Tuesday 3-7 p.m.. Funeral Wednesday from St. Andrew’s United Church, Vernon Bridge, at 11 a.m. with Reverend Laurie MacCuish officiating. Interment in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Alzheimer Society. Order of the Eastern Star, Crystal Chapter No. 1 will hold a service of remembrance at the funeral home on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m.
