Elma Lorraine (nee Mayne)
February 1, 1936 - October 18, 2013
Passed peacefully away at her home on Friday, October 18, 2013 in the presence of her loving family, after a courageous battle with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Elma Reid of South Dildo, aged 77 years. Predeceased by parents, George and Mariah Mayne; three sisters and one brother, Elsie Fost, Jane March, Elizabeth Antle and Elwood Mayne. Leaving to mourn and celebrate her life with thanksgiving are her loving and devoted husband of 58 years, Charles; ten children; Fred (Diane), Vera (Clarence), Shirley (Wycliffe), Eric (Lela), Terry (Betty Lou), Robert (Dana), Audrey (Greg), Janice (Peter), Laurie (Devin), Bradley (Jennifer); twenty grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, as well as a large number of extended family and friends. Resting at Warren’s Funeral Home, Dildo, Saturday, October 19, 2013 with visitation from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 pm. and Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the Salvation Army Citadel TBS Corps on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Dildo.
