TOMSONS, VALIJA MAXINE - It is with great sadness the family announce the death of Maxine Tomsons of St. John-St. Stephen Nursing Home who passed away at her late residence on Friday, October 18, 2013. Maxine was born in Riga, Latvia October of 1917. She is survived by her only son Gunar Tomsons (Susan Thompson) of Saint John; six grandchildren and 13 grandchildren. She was predeceased by husband Herbert Tomsons; daughter Violeta; sisters Emma and Anna.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) A private family memorial service will be held. Interment to take place in Trenton, Ontario at a later date.
