It is with great sadness that the family of the late DONNA BANFIELD of Creston South announces her passing at the Health Science Centre in St. John’s, on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the age of 52. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are: Husband - Greg of 32 years; Daughters - Melissa Banfield (Rob Hoadley) of Fredericton, NB, Sheena Banfield of Calgary, AB, & Rhea Banfield ( Fiancé - Jamie Ramsay) of New Brunswick; Grandson - Bennett Hoadley; Sisters - Marilyn Edwards of St. John’s & Elaine (Ken) Stapleton of Marystown; Brothers - Pad Fewer of Marystown, Derrick Fewer (Carolin Wells) of Natuashish, Labrador, Sonny (Peter) Fewer of Medicine Hat, AB, Sheldon Fewer of Toronto, ON & Chad Fewer (Patricia Whittle) of Eastern Passage, NS; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by: Parents – Peter & Myrtle Fewer; Sister – Mary Anne Bannister; Brother – Shannon Fewer.

Resting and visitation took place from Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Marystown on Sunday, October 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial took place on Tuesday, October 22, at 10:00 a.m., from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown. In Donna’s memory donations may be made to The Banfield Family or Daffodil Place. No flowers by request of the family.
