The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on October 27, 2013 of Joseph “Andy” Mullis of Summerside, aged 70 years. Andy was born on October 26, 1943, in Campbelton, N.B., to his late parents, Ed and Jean (nee Savoie) Mullis. Beloved husband of May (nee Beek) Mullis and loving father of Paul Mullis of Ottawa, ON., Michael Mullis of Quebec, and Lorna (Ryan) McCourt of Summerside. Also lovingly remembered by his two grandchildren Karley and Bradley and several nieces and nephews. Survived by his sisters Deanna (Art) Bingham and Mary-Lynn (Charles) MacIssac. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, until Wednesday for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours on Tuesday evening only, 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Andy's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
