Bonnie Cecilia Richards, 63 of the Maple Street Seniors Apts, Stellarton, passed away October 31, 2013 at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, NS.
Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of Lillian (Harris) DeYoung and the late Bernard DeYoung.
Bonnie was a resident of Stellarton for over 40 years.
She is survived by her husband Cecil, Stellarton; a daughter Sherri, Westville; grandchildren: Jonathan Richards, William Richards and Chris Richards; brothers: Leslie, Stellarton; Bernard DeYoung, Maclellan’s brook; Edward, Guysborough; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father Bernard and a brother John.
Her remains will rest in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow for visiting from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday, from where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday. Burial will take place in the Castle Hill Cemetery, MacLellan’s Brook.
