It is with great sadness that the family of David William Payne announce his peaceful passing surrounded by his loving wife of 34 years, Georgina and cousins Gary, Shirley and Audrey at his bedside in Corner Brook on Wednesday, November 6th 2013, at the age of 54. Left to celebrate his life are his two sons: Graham (Amanda), James (Brittney) and siblings Larry (Ingrid) and Cheryl (Phil), sister-in-law Chris (Cam), nephews, nieces and a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Dorothy and Clyde Payne and in-laws Patricia and Jerzy Brzuszkiewicz. Cremation has taken place by Humber Valley Crematorium. Family and friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home at 4 St. Marks Ave. on Friday November 8th 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will be held in Fillatre’s Chapel Saturday, November 9th at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit or to the Chemo Unit at Western Memorial Hospital.
