PARRSBORO - Bernice M. Forbes, 93, of Parrsboro passed away Monday, November 11, 2013 at South Cumberland Community Care Centre, Parrsboro.
Born in Lynn Mountain, she was a daughter of the late Eliza (Lewis) Dowe.
She is survived by a daughter, Gwen, St. Martin’s, N.B.; sons, Darrell (Maria), Prince George, B.C.; Harlan (Sandra), Oshawa, Ont.; Glendon (Elva), Stephen (Marina), all of Parrsboro; daughter in laws, Joan, Parrsboro and Irene, Ontario; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
She was predeceased by her husband, Walter “Bud”; sons, Bruce and Ronald; a sister, Hildred.
Visitation 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro, where funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Thursday, Rev. Tory Byrne officiating. Burial in the Parrsboro Baptist Cemetery.
