(Second World War veteran) At Whisperwood Villa, on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, of Raymond John (Tommy) Jackson of Sherwood, veteran of Second World War, age 90 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Moreside); father of Harvey and (Rita), both deceased; Ralph and (Pat), deceased; Keir, deceased; and Lenny and (Kathy). Tommy was grandfather to Debi, Gary, Kenny, Shelly, Amber, Donna, Peter, Randy and Stephanie. Tommy is survived by 12 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. Brother to Clifford Jackson (Marion) and Charles Jackson (deceased). Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home, Charlottetown, for visitation Friday from 6-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held Saturday at Belvedere Funeral Home Chapel at 10 a.m. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
