Tom passed away suddenly November 15, 2013. Predeceased by his wife, Kathy. Survived by his daughter, Cara Squires (Jeff); brother, Bill; grandsons, Christopher, Jacob and Cameron; partner, Vikki Jacobs; stepdaughters, Yasamine and Saffron; and step-grandson, Darwin. Rest in peace Tom; we love you and miss you terribly.
Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
