Dickie, Kenneth Stuart “Ken” – 76, Truro
Ken Dickie finished his earthly journey on November 22, 2013 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro and is now forever with the Lord. Ken worked at A.J Walker's, John McKay's Plumbing and Wilson's Fuel. He loved to sing, enjoyed being busy, loved his church and cherished his cat Buffy. He leaves his devoted wife Norah of 46 years. He is survived by his son Mark, Saskatchewan, his brother Victor (Betty), Brookfield and his sister Marjorie McCabe, Moncton. Ken was predeceased by his twin brother Foster; his brother Gerald and his parents Cecil and Rita Dickie. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses on the third floor wing D. Also to Louise and John, James and Gail, Mary, Jean and Gerald and Victor and Betty. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 28th at 2:00 p.m. in the Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro with Rev. Natasha DeVito officiating. Burial at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the S.P.C.A.
