SPRAY, SANDRA DALE - Mrs. Sandra Dale Spray passed away peacefully at Bobby’s Hospice on, Friday, November 29, 2013. Born in Saint John on January 4, 1947, a daughter of the late James Thomas Wilcox and Ethel Georgina Perry. She is survived by her loving husband Donald Spray; children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Sean (Tyra) of Hampton, Melissa, Jacob, Joshua, Carter, Reinen and Asia; D. Wayne (Tammy) of Westfield, Matthew and Alissa; Stacey Lynn (Dave) of Calgary, Jackelynn; Lisa of Saint John, Mickayla, Cassandra, John Thomas, Alexis; David (Sandra) of Nauwigewauk, Megan; Christopher of Public Landing, Kayleigh and Gabrielle; K. Wesley of Public Landing; her brother J. Gordon Wilcox of Public Landing; brother-in-law Stanley Whelpley of Carters Point; sister-in-law Brenda McGovern of Saint John; mother-in-law Gladys Spray of Saint John; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers Kenneth and Ronald Wilcox and one sister Georgina Whelpley. She lived for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John, N.B. E2M 2L3 has been entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation will be held on Sunday evening December 1, 2013 from 7 to 9pm. In Keeping with Sandra’s wishes cremation will take place. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Castle “Fallsview” Chapel at 10am with Rev. Pam Driedger officiating. Interment will take place at a later date. A reception will be held following the service at Castle “Fallsview” Reception center. Donations to Bobby’s Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
