Keith passed away peacefully with his family close by at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital. He was born in Moosomin, SK, and was raised in Geraldton, ON. Keith had many skills including carpenter, truck driver, and mechanic, until he was struck with M.S. in 1985. He loved country and western music, especially Johnny Cash and Elvis. Keith played guitar, organ, anything with strings, and the harmonica. He loved to sing a tune to whoever would listen. Keith’s first love was his wife Jackie. His pride and joy was his family. He is predeceased by his parents Frank and Harriet Tatum; step-mom Frances, father-in-law Arthur Bender, brothers-in-law Ben Amosah, Alain Sauvé, great-nephews Terell and Deon Amosah. Keith is survived by his wife of 34 years Jackie (nee Bender); his children: Sean (Lynn), Nicole (Gord), Duane (Shannon), Ryan (Nikki), and Jessie; close family friend Lisa; 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, his brother Earl (Cindy) Tatum and their families; and his special furry pals China, Abby and Zeus. A Celebration of Keith’s life will be held at W.J.Jones & Son Chapel on Friday December 6, 2013 at 1:30 pm. Dennis and Brenda Boyce will officiate. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery. The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff at Moose Jaw Union Hospital, as well as Dr. VanRensberg for all the years of care they provided. Memorial donations to the M.S. Society 150 Albert St., Regina, S4R 2N2 would be appreciated. In living memory of Keith, a memorial planting will be made by W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home.
