HENRY, ERIC - It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Eric Joseph Roger Henry, which occurred on Thursday December 5, 2013 at Bobby’s Hospice. Born 1943 in St. Ignance, NB, he was the son of the late Medore and Judith (Robichaud) Henrie. Eric enjoyed many hobbies including gold digging with Jessica, hunting and listening to music, but his greatest joy was spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Judith (Billingsley) Henry; son Derrick (Jackie) Henri of Saint John; daughter Tammy Marie (Louis) Robichaud of Riverview, NB; grandchildren Bryan, Nicholas, Eric and Jessica; brothers Frank (Cindy) Henrie and Edward (Josie) Henrie; sisters Mabel (Leonard) Rache, Rosie (Orielle) Bellevieau, Exilda Doiron and Jeannie (Gerry) Poirier, and Alma (Alphie) LeBlanc; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Antoine Henrie and sisters Margaret Richard, Alice Pare and Mary LaRocque, mother-in-law June Billingsley and brother-in-law Omer Doiron.
Following cremation, visitation will be held at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd (646-2424) on Monday December 9th and Tuesday December 10th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial Service will be held at Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday December 11, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery.
