FORTIN, JÉRALYNE - 1931 - 2013 - Dieppe, NB - Jéralyne Fortin (Gérard Melanson), 82, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, wife of the late Henri Z. Fortin. Born in St. Thomas-de-Kent, NB, she was the daughter of the late Adélin and the late Élise (née LeBlanc) Melanson. Jéralyne was a retired nurse and school teacher. She will be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews; especially by two nieces, Louiselle and Simonne. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her four sisters, Hélène Collette, Alice Girouard, Dora Léger, Marie Hanson; her brother, Antoine Melanson and by a special friend, Bella Comeau.
Visitations will be at Passage à Shediac Bridge on Monday, December 23rd, 2013 from 1:30 pm till time of the service. Funeral service will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel, Shediac Bridge on Monday, December 23rd, 2013 at 3:00 pm. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
