LODER, DANIEL JOHN - Mr Daniel John Loder of Sussex Corner, passed away at home on December 24, 2013. He was the son of the late Leo and Lillian (Slaney) Loder. Daniel will be lovingly remembered by his wife Sharon (Myers) of Sussex Corner; his daughters: Bev Bruce (Kevin MacDonald) of Newfoundland, Brenda Loder (Derek Doiron) of Dartmouth, Nancy Leggo (Mike) of California and Cindy Nowlan (Mark) of Lower Coverdale; his step sons Scott Landry ( Lisa) of Ottawa and Jeffery Landry (Amanda) of Searsville; grandchildren: Eddie Bruce. Diana Cormier, Mikah Leggo, Kielle Leggo, Ryerson Nowlan, Emma Landry, Syerrah Landry, Mollahne Landry and Denton Landry; his brothers: Jack Loder (Toni), Jim Loder (Lisa) and Leo Loder (Geraldine); his sisters: Pauline Slaney, Aundrietta Strang (Norb), Ena Peters (Rich), Julia Loder, Elizabeth Bishop (Eric) and Marion Jean Molloy; his beloved companion Tiny as well as several nieces and nephews. Daniel was predeceased by his siblings: Julia Loder, Bud Loder, Leone Fitzpatrick and Ted Loder as well as his brother in law Alonzo Slaney.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) on Monday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. A service celebrating Daniel’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 11:00 am.
